"Highly Recommend GymKit UK!"
As prices keep climbing and good customer service seems to be fading away, I just gotta say, GymKit UK is the real deal. Their prices on gear are super competitive, and the support I received was top-notch. I ran into a small hiccup with my order, but Ellie, the brand manager, really stepped up. She took full responsibility and handled everything, going beyond what I expected. No doubt, this company will be my go-to for any future equipment needs!

I usually don’t do reviews, but I felt the need to shout out to Laura and her crew at GymKit for their top-notch service. I got a Concept2 rower as a present for my wife from GymKit, and not only was it priced just right, but the team also rushed the delivery to ensure it got here on time. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll surely recommend them to others.

"Lightning Fast Delivery Experience"
The delivery was super quick, and I got follow-up emails to ensure everything was on track. Living in the north east of Scotland, I'm used to longer waits for my packages. So, I was really surprised when my order showed up just 20 hours after I placed it. Gymkituk kept me informed about the order status the whole time. I can't recommend them enough!

"Issues with CAPTCHA during account login"
The CAPTCHA for logging into the website isn’t functioning properly. I tried calling the main line and was on hold for 10 minutes without a response. All I wanted was to check on my order's status. GymKit just called me and said they’d investigate the CAPTCHA issue, plus they provided my tracking info over the phone. The woman I spoke with was super helpful. Thanks, GymKit! The GymKit EZ Inversion Gravity Boots showed up in just 2 days, and they’re fantastic. No issues with them whatsoever. I’d totally recommend these.

"GymKit Delivers Excellent Customer Service!"
I purchased a Foot Corrector from GymKit quite some time back. Then Covid hit, and foot correctors vanished, leaving me a bit anxious. Where's my order, huh? I could've had those gorgeous toned feet during this pandemic if I had my gear! GymKit kept me in the loop, multiple times—there were none available, so they asked if I could wait. I agreed, and the wonderful item showed up today. They are super easy to work with, really focused on the customer. Good folks!
